Thought-Census Community Agreement

Thought Census is operated by Julio Barragan in New Jersey, United States. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are not legally an adult, use the service only with a parent or guardian's permission. This is a user-generated discussion service, not a guarantee of a PG-13 content rating.

Thought-Census is a public community for respectful questions and honest answers. By creating an account or posting, you agree not to use the service for harassment, threats, hate, deception, spam, impersonation, illegal content, attempts to bypass limits, or activity that harms people or the service.

Your public identity is your Node ID. Questions, answers, reactions, and visible activity may be public and may be reviewed by moderators for safety and quality. Do not post private information about yourself or anyone else, and do not assume that an anonymous Node makes a public post private.

We may hide, remove, merge, or preserve content and account records when needed to enforce these terms, investigate reports, protect users, comply with law, or preserve the context of a public conversation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain responsibility for what you submit. By posting public content, you give Thought-Census permission to host, display, format, moderate, and include that content in public and aggregate service features. You can request account deletion through the account-deletion page; public records may be anonymized or retained when necessary for conversation integrity, safety, or legal obligations.
